Job Purpose:

This position entails providing telephonic assistance to clients raising issues and complaints regards the Arch Retail system, with a focus on software related issues. This individual is required to ensure that the calls are accurately logged and escalated to the relevant Customer Support Technicians for resolve.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Solid communication skills in Afrikaans (advantageous but not essential)
  • 1 years’ work experience in a similar environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Retail background (advantageous)
