This is an energetic and positive environment that will allow you to grow.
You will be assisting all Arch System users with calls/queries that are logged on a day-to-day basis within SLA. The calls and queries would range from Hardware, Arch Retail Software and 3rd Party queries (Eft, Airtime, Loyalty etc).
Your investigative skills will come in handy when dealing with more complex calls/queries and escalate calls that you aren't able to resolve.
Your IT qualification as well as 3 experiences, in a similar environment will get you to the next stage!
