We require a Branch Customer Support Technician at our Western Cape branch in Montague Gardens.

Job Purpose:

The Branch Customer Support Technician is responsible for handling and resolving all branch calls. In the event that all calls for that branch are resolved, they would offer assistance to another branch with high volume calls as well as attending to the overflow calls from Head Office.

Minimum Requirements:

  • POS / Retail / FMCG experience preferred
  • Microsoft Skills
  • A+ N+ / MCSE / Diploma / Degree
  • Hardware and Software experience
  • Experience in cabling implementation / networking
  • SQL (advantageous)
  • Professional communication skills in English
