About the Branch Manager position
We are looking for a result driven branch manager to be responsible for the overall branch management. As a branch manager, you will be required to support the efficient operations and growth of the branch by providing leadership, guidance, and strategic oversight, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and achievement of business goals.
Branch Manager responsibilities are:
- Installations and support
- Cost Management: branch annual budget and expenditure
- Debt management
- Identify training and development needs of all branch personnel
- Annual sales forecast in conjunction with S&M Manager
- Maintain good productive inter-personal relationships in the branch
Branch Manager requirements are:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- Sound knowledge of Spinnaker in terms of overall Divisional roles.
- Analytical skills to analyse the client’s business stats.
- Good inter-personal relationship skills.
- Present himself/herself in a professional and ethical manner, projecting the values and ethos of Spinnaker.
- Able to identify potential business opportunities with the client and forward these to the relevant Division(s).
- A problem solver / logical thinker.
- A confident person who can cope with pressure and setbacks.
