We require a SysAid Administrator at our Head Office in Parklands.

The purpose of the SysAid Administrator is to ensure that the helpdesk system functions optimally, with all users working effectively to produce meaningful data. Main duties include, ensuring data accuracy and creating reports from SysAid.

Min Requirements:

  • IT Qualification (SSRS beneficial)
  • ITIL experience/qualification
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (Systems/Helpdesk support)
  • Helpdesk Software experience (SysAid or similar such as Zendesk, Service Now, Service Desk Plus, Help Scout or Samanage)
  • Strong MS Word (Graphs) & Excel skills (Reports/Statistics)
  • Database experience – (SQL preferred)
  • Analytical thinker
  • Numerical Accuracy
