We’re looking for a Senior Automation Tester to lead test automation across projects and teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable test frameworks
• Driving QA standards and mentoring testers across the business
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage
• Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and supporting continuous testing

Requirements:

• Proficiency in TestComplete (highly advantageous)
• Experience in the retail domain (preferred)
• ISTQB certification and relevant IT qualifications (a plus)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

This role is fully remote; however, occasional visits to our Head Office in Parklands, Cape Town may be required.
