About the National Technical Fuel Specialist position

We are looking for a skilled National Technical Fuel Specialist. Your primarily responsible for the implementation and support of Fuel Integrated Sites for both new corporate groups and independent clients.

Working closely with internal product owners and external service providers who are essential to ensure the client’s needs are met.

Assist sales teams with Site Surveys in order to ensure all the required information are captured for new sites.

National Technical Fuel Specialist responsibilities are:

  • Assist and provide training and support to clients to ensure a smooth handover
  • Write up and supply technical documentation to internal teams to support purposes as well as training manuals to the clients
  • Handle all escalations for new and existing sites to ensure that the client`s downtime is kept to the bare minimum
  • Assist the sales team with Site Surveys in order to ensure all the required information is captured for new sites

National Technical Fuel Specialist requirements are:

  • POS, Retail (FMCG) knowledge
  • A+ N+ Or a Diploma
  • Microsoft SQL and database knowledge (an advantage)
  • Systems analysis experience
  • Managerial, administration and soft skills (Advantageous)
  • Technical report creation and standardization background
  • Technical guide/manual creation and standardization background
  • IT Project management background and experience (IT projects structuring, implementation, quality spot check and tracking

NB: You will be required to travel and have your own vehicle.
